The Holy Trinity Strings
Program
In
January, 2009, the first ever strings class began at Holy Trinity
School, in Lenexa, with 18 students enrolled. The class met after
school on Wednesday afternoons from
3:00
to 4:00 PM
each week. The program was continued during the 2009-2010, and
2010-2011
school years. The end of year concerts were performed
in the church social room, for parents and teachers and a Christmas
Concert was also performed in 2009. This new
program has been so successful that parents and teachers alike want to
continue the strings program, under the direction of Dr. Curt
Childress, into the 2011-2012 school year. |

interested in participation in our strings program at Holy
Trinity, please contact Dr. Childress at
cchildr@earthlink.net,
or 417-499-1885 immediately as enrollment is being accepted now,
for the 2010-2011 school year, and we need to know
how many students will be participating, and when to schedule
our classes.
